A 54-year-old father, Zheng, who is a carpenter in China has built a house for his son and his wife-to-be as a wedding gift.
The man, who has worked as a carpenter for 37 year, from Hu County in Hubei province has spent four years planning the house which he has always dreamed of making for his son, reports the People's Daily Online.
The house is expected to cost 200,000 yuan (£21,000) to build and will be a wedding gift to his son who is due to marry his fiancee in October.
The two-storey house is still under construction and is set to be 3,229 feet in size.
He says he has always wanted to build a house made of wood after seeing the destruction from the Tangshan earthquake in 1976 which killed some 255,000 people.
