American Idol Star, Jax reveals she has Thyroid Cancer


American Idol Star Jax has revealed she has Thyroid cancer. In a Facebook post, the 20-year-old told her fans doctors had discovered 18 tumours in her throat, 12 of them cancerous.


'The work, pressure, and travel in music is not always so forgiving on the mind and heart,' she wrote. 'Sometimes I think the universe is yelling at me to slow down and I just blatantly ignore it. My Thyroid needed to be surgically removed fully immediately and let me tell ya...I've had some serious chill time to binge watch Game of Thrones and Orange is The New Black these days,' she said.

The Relatives of two men killed in the 2012 attack on a US consulate in Libya have filed a lawsuit blaming the deaths on Hillary Clinton’s “reckless” handling of classified information in her private email server.

An Angolan militant group kill 10 soldiers

Aged Couple dies 20 minutes apart after 63 years of Marriage


An elderly couple in South Dakota, Henry and Jeanette De Lange have died just 20 minutes apart each other after 63 years of marriage. Their funeral held yesterday.


Jeanette, 87, suffered from Alzheimer's disease and had required nursing home care since 2011, reports KSFY. Her husband, Henry, 86, was battling prostate cancer but still managed to visit the love of his life every day.
"Dad visited mom once a day, twice, or maybe three times a day," the couple's son, Lee De Lange,

American Police arrests & charges Lawyer robbing Bank


Meighan McSherry, a lawyer, was arrested and charged on Friday for robbing a Connecticut bank. Police are also looking into the possibility that she may have been involved with an attempted robbery at a Chase bank near her home. 


Greenwich police Lt Kraig Gray told the Greenwich Time that the suspect 'provided a note to the bank teller demanding money' at the Wells Fargo bank.

Aisha Buhari insinuates N40m Birkin Hermes bag she traveled to US with was donated by sponsors


The wife of Nigeria's president, Aisha Buhari, on Saturday said her ongoing trip to the United States was not being funded with public funds. She insinuated that most of the things she travelled with, including the birkin hermes handbag worth N40 million were donated by sponsors. Speaking in an interview with the Hausa service of the Voice of America, Mrs. Buhari said the trip was being funded with personal funds and sponsorship grant.

American Police kills another 18-yr-old Black


After the recent killings of two black men by the United States Police Officers which sparked controversies some weeks ago, the Chicago Independent Police Review Authority has on Friday released a graphic photo showing yet another killing.


It shows how the Police shot an 18-year-old black teenager and assaulted the shot teenager until he died from his gun wounds.

The unarmed teenager identified as Paul O’Neal was shown to have fled on foot from a traffic stop which resulted in his shooting. Following the fatal shooting, the police kicked Paul O’Neal in anger

Nigeria ranks 7th at Rio Olympics


Nigeria has been ranked 7th most successful African Nation at the Olympics, having won three gold, eight silver and 12 bronze medals. This was confirmed ahead of the official opening ceremony of this year’s Games in Rio, Brazil, according to a list compiled by BBC Africa.

Caitlyn Jenner sues Photographers for allegedly causing her Feb 2015 accident


Caitlyn Jenner is suing paparazzi photographers for what she alleges was their role in a February 2015 fatal accident involving her.
