PHOTOS: A Woman gives birth outside a hospital in Gabon


According to a post shared on Facebook, on Thursday, 7 April, a woman gave birth in the open, on grass outside the regional hospital of Mellen in Gabon. The woman was taken to the hospital to give birth but couldn't pay the amount the hospital asked for the delivery. The hospital then refused to attend to her. While outside the hospital, the baby came and some women around helped her. See more photos below...

Inferno engulfes Indian Temple, Killing 100 & Injuring over 200


 India’s southern Kerala State on Sunday witnessed an inferno that burnt a temple on Sunday, killing nearly 100 people and injuring more than 200 who had gathered for a fireworks display to mark the start of the local Hindu new year. Thousands of devotees had packed into the Puttingal Devi temple in the coastal district of Kollam.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has described as false allegations that its Governor, Godwin Emefiele, flew in a private jet to attend his mother’s burial, saying Emefiele put an end to the bank’s use of such services since 2015.

The remains of former Bayelsa state governor, Dipreye Alamiyeseigha, was laid in state in Amasomar, Bayelsa state this morning. He was laid to rest  April 9th. He died in October last year. May his soul rest in peace. See more photos below...
