American arraigned in court for $2.3m visa scam

An American businessman,Marco Ramirez has been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, alongside his companies, Eagle Ford Instalodge Group LP and USA Now LLC on eight counts bordering on obtaining money by false pretences to the tune of $2.3m.

Well trained police officer saves a family of 6 from a woman who wanted them dead


A woman, Lauretta Ehon flagged down members of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of Lagos State Police Command who were patrolling the axis of Ogudu Ori-Oke Ogudu at about 5:30pm over the weekend and told them that some armed robbers just snatched her 2012 Toyota Camry.

"I decided to read a copy of the National Grazing Reserve Bill and I was surprised at what I saw. The Bill creates a council to be chaired by a Chairman to be appointed by the president. The council shall have the power to take your land anywhere the land is located in the country and then pay you compensation.
