Kanye West gets Sued for placing Album on Apple, Spotify


Kanye West has changed his mind on the promise that Tidal would be the only place to get his new album. Kanye vowed "The Life of Pablo" would never be available on Apple or Spotify or any other streaming service besides Tidal, which of course is owned by his pal Jay Z.

Husband of the gospel singer, Yvonne Omoarebokhae, who was found dead in a hotel room, after performing at a programme organised Apostle Psalm Okpe’s, has said that the CCTV footage of the hotel they lodged in revealed that Apostle Okpe and his late wife, Yvonne, slept in the hotel.


This, he claimed, was contrary to what Apostle Psalm of Fresh Oil Ministries told police investigators that his wife went home after the church programme at Sapele, Delta State.

The Nigeria Customs Service in a statement stated that its officers were attacked by smugglers while on patrol along Ogun/Ole-Odan axis of Ogun State. The operation led to the seizure of 11 motor cycles which was used as a means of conveyance of 250 bags of smuggled rice. The trial of the Senate President Bukola Saraki was stood down till in the afternoon by the Code of Conduct Tribunal on Monday owing to the absence of the prosecution lawyer, Rotimi Jacob (SAN).
The chairman of the tribunal, Justice Umar Danladi, said the decision was to allow Jacob, the lead counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) attend to the case.

The biggest earthquake in Ecuador in decades has killed 272 people but that toll will ‘certainly’ rise even further, the president said on Sunday as overwhelmed rescuers struggled to pull survivors out of the destruction.
The 7.8-magnitude quake struck the small, oil-producing South American nation late Saturday, shattering hotels and homes along its Pacific coast popular with tourists and reducing several towns to rubble.
