The 68-year-old mother of Edo lawmaker, Kabiru Adijoto who was earlier abducted by gunmen has reportedly escaped from her abductor’s hide out. The Edo State Police Command confirmed that she has escaped from her kidnappers.
Abibat Adjoto, was said to have been seized from her residence at Ikakumo village in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area. in Edo state
Her abductors who reportedly invaded the village were said to have also kidnapped one of the woman’s adopted sons, whose name could not be verified. More details later.
