Donald Trump Continues Winning Spree, Takes Mississippi and Michigan

The presidential hopeful continued to prove he's a force to be reckoned with when he racked up victories in the Mississippi and Michigan primaries on Tuesday night, according to the Associated Press.

Trump was reportedly a popular choice among various demographics, meanwhile, contender John Kasich, who is the Governor of Ohio, showed a strong surge and was popular with voters who have a postgraduate education, and identify as moderates who were picking one candidate out of dislike for another, National Public Radio reports.

A democratic primary was also held in Michigan on Tuesday, but according to NPR, it's still too early to call.

Republican primaries are also being held in Idaho and Hawaii, however, results have not yet come in.
